Scope of services
Our scope encompasses all core academic subjects and the organizational, instructional, and cultural conditions that drive student outcomes. Services include leadership coaching, instructional review and support, data and accountability systems, professional learning, and progress monitoring against state assessment targets.
Outcomes & accountability
Engagements are measured against clear, documented outcomes—including gains in state assessment passing rates, accountability ratings, and STAAR growth. We report progress transparently to campus and district leadership at each milestone so the board can see measurable return on the investment.
